Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been accepted and processed. If you need help, email us as soon as possible at support@wandget.com (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 GMT+1) and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you ship items together?
Not always. We work with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, so:
- Items in the same order may ship from different locations
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages
- Delivery times can vary depending on the supplier and destination
Is Wandget a dropshipping store?
Yes. We collaborate with international suppliers who ship products directly to customers. This helps us offer a curated selection and competitive prices, but delivery times may vary depending on where items ship from.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: 0–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays)
- Estimated delivery: typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout
Please note: delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, customs inspections, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
For orders below the free-shipping threshold, flat rates may apply depending on your checkout currency (for example: €9.99 EUR / $16.99 CAD / 75 DKK / $17.99 AUD / 9.99 CHF).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—for customers outside the UK, free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order exceeds your local threshold, such as:
- €100 EUR
- $160 CAD
- 740 DKK
- $170 AUD
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only, and thresholds are calculated before taxes, duties, and import fees.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most countries in Europe. If your location is not available at checkout, email us at support@wandget.com (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 GMT+1) to confirm availability.
Do I have to pay customs, duties, or import taxes?
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees.
- These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery
- Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays
Special note for UK customers
Due to UK tax regulations, we only accept orders above £135.
For eligible orders, UK customs will charge VAT (20%) and any applicable import duties upon delivery. The courier will contact you to collect these charges before delivery. Orders below £135 cannot be processed.
My package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?
Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management first.
While we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, contact us at support@wandget.com (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 GMT+1) and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.
Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active and update correctly.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In certain cases, return shipping fees may be refunded at our discretion if a valid shipping receipt is provided.
Are there items that can’t be returned?
Yes. Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Sale items and gift cards

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will assess the situation and help resolve it.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in addition to our 30-day store policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, we will contact you to define the refund method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@wandget.com (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 GMT+1).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal.
In what currency will I be charged?
Prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout. Any conversion or foreign transaction fees are determined by your payment provider.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. We never store your full payment details.
